A DAY IN YOUR LIFE
Let me guess how your Tuesday goes.
You wake up already behind. The to-do list is running through your head before your feet even hit the floor, after a night that was definitely not long enough, because your little one had other plans for 5am.
You shuffle through the morning — getting everyone ready, rushing through your own routine. (Did you put deodorant on? You'll wonder about that at 2pm.) You manage your way through the morning activities, but the whining grates on you more than it should, and when naptime finally arrives... you exhale. Fully. And then feel a little guilty when you hear them stirring again, because honestly? You could've used another hour.
Survival mode carries you to dinner. You're counting down until your partner gets home so you're not the only one holding everything. SHIFT #2: Days 6-10
Choosing what's Positive
Our brains are wired for negativity. They cling to it, seek it out, replay it. It's not a character flaw — it's just how we're built. But no matter how hard things are, there is always something positive to find. We just have to train ourselves to notice it. In this step, we practice intentionally choosing where to focus — and start rewiring the default.
SHIFT #3: Days 11-15
Shifting from Reactive to Proactive
Everything feels harder when you're in constant reaction mode. In this step, we break that cycle. By making intentional choices about your time, your priorities, and what you're saying yes (and no) to, you stop feeling swamped and start feeling like you're actually moving forward. This is where it all comes together — and where you start to feel like you're living your life instead of just surviving it.

I've been there too.
More times than I can count — in that depleted, reactive, what-is-happening-to-me place. And I can tell you from the other side: it feels so much better to live an empowered, happy, vibrant life. So much better.
